From registration to login

Register now

To get started, please use the registration link.

On the registration page, you now have to enter your first and last name, your company-email address, and company name – for company name, please select ALDI SÜDKG/Salzburg regardless of your location.

Please also check the box to confirm the privacy policy.

Then click on “REGISTER NOW".

Login Button

Please check your email inbox - you should have received an email from Semigator containing a temporary password.

Copy the password, click the blue login button, and paste your temporary password on the page that opens.

Create your own password & enter business unit

After entering the temporary password, you will be prompted to create a new personal password and confirm it.

Once your personal password is set up, you will be forwarded to the next step, where you will be asked to provide your business unit and telephone number.

Please note that the telephone number is optional, but it is used by the Semigator Service Team to contact you if they have any questions.

Select your career level

The last step is to select your career level. Take a look at the available career levels via the drop-down menu.

If you are unsure which career level to select, please don’t hesitate to contact the ASH HR Development Team for assistance.

Save your entry. You will then be redirected to the coaching platform’s start page, and you are all set to begin your coaching journey.

Answers to your most frequently asked questions

How do I find the perfect coach for me?

The success of a coaching session depends heavily on whether you feel comfortable with the coach. Does the person fit your individual needs? Do they have enough management experience? Do you prefer to talk to a woman or a man? Should your coach be younger or older?

All these questions will be clarified during the inquiry process. You can also write a message to the coaches in which you explain your concerns and goals in more detail.

Semigator will only contact coaches who match your criteria. After a few working days, you will receive up to three suitable suggestions. You can use the profiles to make a pre-selection and conduct a free introductory meeting - the Chemistry Call. This allows you to quickly find out who suits you best.

Can I make a chemistry call with any of the proposed coaches?

If you are unsure who the right coach is for you, you are welcome to arrange a chemistry call - i.e. a free introductory meeting - with any of the proposed coaches. This will give you a first impression of the coaches and you may find out more about how the respective coach feels about your issue and how they would like to tackle it with you.

Can I book my desired coach directly?

If you already know who you want to do your coaching with, that's no problem - provided the coach is already listed in our coaching pool.start after logging in to the platform via the "Start individual request" button. There you can select your desired coach directly from the list.

Is everything I discuss with my coach during coaching confidential?

Everything you discuss with your coach will, of course, remain absolutely confidential between you and your coach. There will be no feedback to HR department or your manager - except with your express consent.

What can I expect from my coach?

Coaching is a time-limited, goal-oriented process. Together with your coach, you develop strategies to achieve specific goals. The focus is on solution orientation, self-reflection and personal responsibility. Coaching is suitable both for preparing for new tasks and for dealing with existing challenges. The relationship between coach and coachee is crucial for effective coaching. The "chemistry" has to be right and you decide that.

What should I bear in mind if I cannot keep a coaching appointment?

If you are unable to keep your coaching appointment, you must cancel it immediately. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the agreed coaching session, the coaching session will be charged as if it had taken place. Cancellation of a coaching session by the coachee up to 24 hours before the agreed coaching session, however, is free of charge. It is important that you cancel the coaching session via the coaching platform in order to ensure that the coaching session is canceled in good time.

To do this, go to the booking. If sessions are entered there, click on the three small dots to the right of the session you want to cancel and then on "Cancel". In the next window you have to confirm again that you really want to cancel. After canceling, your session will have the status "Canceled by the customer". Your coach will be informed by email about the cancellation.
